New article by Haris Meidanis on international mediation

Haris Meidanis’ new article under the title “International Mediation and Private International Law” has now been published with the ICC Bulletin 2020 Issue 1 pp 41-52. The article has been published in the section ‘From the ICC Institute’ following selection  by a committee composed of ICC Institute Council members Horacio Grigera Naón, Julian Lew and Pierre Mayer.
