NEW COLECTIVE BOOK ON ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION
Haris Meidanis, Managing Partner of the law firm Meidanis, Seremetakis and Partners, has participated in the collective work entitled “ΔΙΑΙΤΗΣΙΑ” – ARBITRATION (published by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI) under the editorship of Professor Haris P. Pamboukis.
This collective work is the most up-to-date guide to Greek arbitration law, with extensive references to case law and biblkography. It is a synthesis of the works of many notable scholars, academics and experienced lawyers in the field.
It is a comprehensive work which includes extensive developments on international commercial arbitration as well as extensive introductions on investment arbitration and on alternative dispute resolution, in particular mediation, the ADR chapter being the contribution of Haris Meidanis in the book.
