CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

We completed the adaptation of listed companies to the new Law 4706/2020 (effective from 17.07.2021) through the preparation and approval of the required corporate documents (indicatively, Board Membership Eligibility Policy, Operating Regulation, Operating Regulation of the Internal Control Unit etc.) and the compliance of all members of the Boards of Directors (executive, non-executive and independent) and the members of the individual Committees with the requirements of Law 4706/2020, while we constantly monitor all issues that arise from the implementation of the Law.
