16ο Πανελλήνιο Συνέδριο Δικηγόρων Νομικών Υπηρεσιών : «Leading the Business of Law»

Ο Χάρης Μεϊδάνης, Διευθύνων Εταίρος της Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας «Μεϊδάνης, Σερεμετάκης και Συνεργάτες», μίλησε στο πάνελ με τίτλο : «Η επίλυση διαφορών εκτός δικαστηρίων. Μία σύγχρονη προσέγγιση για τις εταιρείες» στο 16ο Πανελλήνιο Συνέδριο Δικηγόρων Νομικών Υπηρεσιών : “Leading the Business of Law,” το οποίο διοργανώθηκε από την ΝΟΜΙΚΗ ΒΙΒΛΙΟΘΗΚΗ, σε συνεργασία με την Association of Corporate Counsel Europe (ACCE) και με την υποστήριξη του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών (ΔΣΑ) και της Ένωσης Εμμίσθων Δικηγόρων, το οποίο πραγματοποιήθηκε διά ζώσης στο Μέγαρο Μουσικής Αθηνών την Τετάρτη, 12 Ιουνίου 2024. Στο πάνελ συντονίστρια ήταν η Βασιλική Δεληστάθη, General Counsel Legal Affairs & Corporate Secretary at Quest Group of Companies, Mediator & Mediators’ Trainer, ενώ παράλληλα με τον Χάρη Μεϊδάνη, στο πάνελ συμμετείχαν ο Δημήτρης Εμβαλωμένος, Δικηγόρος, LL.M., Διαπιστευμένος Διαμεσολαβητής του Υπουργείου Δικαιοσύνης & του Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), Λονδίνο, Η.Β., Αναπλ.
