2ο EODID ATHENS VIS PRE-MOOT

Είμαστε στην ευχάριστη θέση να σας ενημερώσουμε ότι η εταιρεία μας είναι χορηγός του 2ου EODID Athens Vis Pre-Moot που διοργανώθηκε στο πλαίσιο του διαγωνισμού Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Court Competition. Την Παρασκευή 14-02-2019 ο Δρ Χάρης Μεϊδάνης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής στο εναρκτήριο συνέδριο, με θέμα τις ασύμμετρες ρήτρες διαιτησίας. Επιπλέον, την Κυριακή 16-02-2019 το γραφείο μας φιλοξένησε έναν γύρο του διαγωνισμού, με τη συμμετοχή των Χάρη Μεϊδάνη και Ευστάθιου Κολοβάρη ως διαιτητών, στο πλαίσιο μιας εμπορικής διαφοράς με διεθνή διάσταση. Οι ομάδες που συμμετείχαν ήταν η ομάδα του Πανεπιστημίου της Λωζάνης και η ομάδα του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
