COVID-19 BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND GENERAL MEETINGS

Μέσω των μέτρων για την προστασία της δημόσιας υγείας από το Covid-19, από τις 20.03.2020 και μέχρι τις 30.06.2020, όλα τα νομικά πρόσωπα επιτρέπεται να διεξάγουν τη Γενική Συνέλευση των μελών τους (μετόχων ή εταίρων ανάλογα με τη μορφή τους) μέσω τηλεδιάσκεψης, ανεξάρτητα από το αν υπάρχει σχετική πρόβλεψη στο καταστατικό του φορέα. Τα νέα αυτά μέτρα επισημαίνουν επίσης ότι η πρόσκληση της Γενικής Συνέλευσης θα πρέπει να περιλαμβάνει όλες τις απαραίτητες πληροφορίες και τεχνικές οδηγίες για τη διεξαγωγή της τηλεδιάσκεψης.

As of 31.03.2020 and until 30.06.2020 the Board of Directors of all private sector legal entities may convene and resolve through teleconference, circular resolutions or any other convenient way. In such cases, the signatures of the members of the Board of Directors may be replaced by e-mail exchange or other electronic media.
