Το δικηγορικό μας γραφείο διεξήγαγε νομικό έλεγχο των αιτήσεων που υποβλήθηκαν από βιομηχανίες που καταναλώνουν ενέργεια, οι οποίες επιδιώκουν να συμπεριληφθούν στους δικαιούχους των μειωμένων "Ειδικών τελών επί των εκπομπών ρύπων", για λογαριασμό ελληνικής κρατικής εταιρείας με ρυθμιστικό ρόλο. Σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, το εν λόγω τέλος αφορά την πληρωμή των παραγωγών ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας που παράγεται από ΑΠΕ. Το ειδικό αυτό τέλος, συμβάλλει στη μείωση των εκπομπών αερίων του θερμοκηπίου, μέσω της προώθησης των ΑΠΕ.
