ΔΙΑΙΤΗΣΙΑ & ΔΙΑΦΟΡΕΣ ΜΙΚΡΟΥ ΑΝΤΙΚΕΙΜΕΝΟΥ

Στις 2 Απριλίου 2025, ο Δρ. Χάρης Μεϊδάνης FCIArb, Δικηγόρος και Διευθύνων Εταίρος της Δικηγορικής Εταιρείας Μεϊδάνης, Σερεμετάκης & Συνεργάτες, συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής στην εκδήλωση του ΕΟΔΙΔ με τίτλο «Διαιτησία & Διαφορές Μικρού Αντικειμένου», που πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Αίθουσα Χάρης Καρατζάς της ΝΟΜΙΚΗΣ ΒΙΒΛΙΟΘΗΚΗΣ. Η συζήτηση επικεντρώθηκε στην αξία και την πρακτική εφαρμογή της διαιτησίας ως γρήγορης, αποδοτικής και δίκαιης λύσης για τις μικρές διαφορές, η οποία προσφέρει μία ουσιαστική εναλλακτική στις καθυστερήσεις της δικαστικής οδού.

Συντονιστής της εκδήλωσης ήταν ο κ. Ιωάννης Τέντες, Επίτιμος Εισαγγελέας Αρείου Πάγου. Μαζί με τους υπόλοιπους ομιλητές, τον Σωτήρη Δεμπεγιώτη (Λαμπαδάριος & Συνεργάτες), την Κλαίρη Σεργάκη (Δρυλλεράκης & Συνεργάτες) και την Κατερίνα Αδαμίδου (ΕΟΔΙΔ), ανέδειξαν τη θεσμική διαιτησία ως εργαλείο για την επίλυση διαφορών μικρού αντικειμένου με έμφαση στην ταχύτητα, το μειωμένο κόστος και την ευελιξία της διαδικασίας.
