"Εισαγωγή στην Εμπορική Διαιτησία" Σεμινάριο του Χάρη Μεϊδάνη σε συνεργασία με τη Νομική Βιβλιοθήκη

Το σεμινάριο "Εισαγωγή στην Εμπορική Διαιτησία" από τον Χάρη Μεϊδάνη, πιστοποιημένο διαμεσολαβητή, διαιτητή, μέλος του ICC, ολοκληρώθηκε με επιτυχία σύμφωνα με όλα τα πρωτόκολλα υγείας.

Λόγω των χαρακτηριστικών της (εμπιστευτικότητα, εμπειρογνωμοσύνη, ταχύτητα της διαδικασίας), η διαιτησία κερδίζει συνεχώς έδαφος μεταξύ των εμπόρων.

Ο θεσμός της Διαιτησίας, τόσο στην ελληνική όσο και στη διεθνή κοινότητα, αναλύθηκε διεξοδικά. Οι συμμετέχοντες γνώρισαν την έννοια της συμφωνίας διαιτησίας, τη διαδικασία της και διάφορα θέματα επιβολής της. Έμφαση δόθηκε στους κανόνες των Κέντρων Διαιτησίας και παρουσιάστηκαν και συζητήθηκαν διάφορα πρακτικά ζητήματα.
