Εργατικό Δίκαιο. Προσαρμογή των εσωτερικών κανονισμών των εταιρειών στο νόμο 4808/2021

Πρόσφατα αναλάβαμε και πραγματοποιήσαμε για λογαριασμό όλων των εταιρειών που εκπροσωπούμε νόμιμα, την αναθεώρηση και προσαρμογή των εσωτερικών κανονισμών τους στους νέους κανονισμούς του νέου εργατικού νόμου 4808/2021 για τη ρύθμιση του ωραρίου εργασίας, των υπερωριών , των διαλειμμάτων, της κυριακάτικης ανάπαυσης, της τηλεργασίας, της ψηφιακής κάρτας εργασίας και της εξάλειψης της βίας και της παρενόχλησης στον εργασιακό χώρο.
