ΥΠΟΘΕΣΗ ΕΛΒΕΤΙΚΟΥ ΦΡΑΓΚΟΥ

Ο εταίρος της εταιρείας μας Θεόδωρος Σερεμετάκης έχει εκπροσωπήσει με απόλυτη επιτυχία μια συστημική ελληνική τράπεζα σε μια σειρά από δικαστικές υποθέσεις που αφορούν το λεγόμενο ελβετικό φράγκο. Πρόκειται για υποθέσεις στις οποίες οι δανειολήπτες είχαν λάβει δάνεια σε ελβετικό φράγκο αντί σε ευρώ, γεγονός που οδήγησε πολλούς από αυτούς να αμφισβητήσουν τη νομιμότητα ορισμένων όρων των δανείων αυτών. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό, ο κ. Σερεμετάκης έχει εξασφαλίσει μια σειρά θετικών αποφάσεων για την thr Bank, (2319/2018 ΑΠ Αθηνών και 204, 1365, 1387, 1395, 1749, 2261, 2353, 2358, 2379, 2587, 2612, 2952, 3694, 4326, 4396, 4626, 4628 του έτους 2017 και 1620, 1907, 2206, 2458, 3320, 3655, 3720, 4106, 4170, 4790 του έτους 2018, και 98/2019 του Πολυμελούς Πρωτοδικείου Αθηνών. Το σκεπτικό των αποφάσεων αυτών (πάντα υπέρ της Τράπεζας) υιοθετήθηκε τελικά από την απόφαση 4/2019 της Ολομέλειας του Αρείου Πάγου.
