Καταχώρηση αλλοδαπών πράξεων - Ζητήματα προσωπικών ενεργειών

Πρόσφατα αλλοδαποί/ κάτοικοι Ελλάδας εμπιστεύτηκαν το γραφείο μας σε σχέση με την ανάθεση υποθέσεων εγγραφής στο Ειδικό Μητρώο των τέκνων τους (γεννήσεις στο εξωτερικό που είτε από λάθος είτε λόγω άγνοιας δεν έχουν εγγραφεί στην Ελλάδα) προκειμένου να διευκολυνθεί η διαδικασία κληρονομικής διαδοχής ή/και γονικών παροχών/ δωρεών, καθώς και η διαδικασία πιθανής χορήγησης συντάξεων από το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο. Έχουμε επίσης αναλάβει την καταχώριση γάμων και διαζυγίων, ακολουθώντας - ανάλογα με τη χώρα προέλευσης - τη δικαστική οδό για την αναγνώριση της αλλοδαπής απόφασης έκδοσης διαζυγίου. Οι διαδικασίες αυτές είναι πολύ σημαντικό να γίνονται προληπτικά, καθώς όταν ο γονέας αποφασίσει να μεταβιβάσει περιουσία στην Ελλάδα (είτε μετά από γονική παροχή είτε στο πλαίσιο κληρονομικής διαδοχής) η διαδικασία που θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσουν τα παιδιά του λόγω των παραπάνω παραλείψεων σε εγγραφές γεγονότων όπως γάμος, διαζύγιο, γέννηση θα είναι χρονοβόρα.
