“Introduction to Commercial Arbitration” Seminar by Haris Meidanis, certified Mediator, Arbitrator, member of ICC, was successfully completed in compliance with all health protocols.

Due to its features (confidentiality, expertise, rapidity of procedure), Arbitration is steadily gaining ground among traders.

The institution of Arbitration, in both Greek and international community, was thoroughly analyzed. The participants met the concept of the arbitration agreement, it’s procedure and various enforcement issues. Emphasis was given on Arbitration Centers’ rules and several practical issues were presented and discussed.
