Our Law Firm conducted legal due diligence on applications submitted by energy-consuming industries. who seek to be included among the beneficiaries of reduced “Special Charges on Pollutant Emissions”, on behalf of a Greek state company with regulatory role. According to legislation in force, this duty is related to the payment of producers of electricity generated by RES. This special levy, contributes to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, through promoting RES.
