New book by Haris Meidanis
A new book written by Haris Meidanis under the title “Mediation, international and comparative aspect” has just been published by Nomiki Vivliothiki publishing house (private international law and law of international transactions series-prologue Pr. H. Pamboukis). The book discusses mediation from an international and comparative perspective and focuses on its main characteristics in a comparative framework, as well as on the initiatives of the international community in relation to its promotion.
