PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC HOSPITAL PROCUREMENT AND COMPLIANCE WITH COMPETITION LAW IN GREECE.

Our firm participated, together with cooperating law firms of Romania and Bulgaria, in the co-organization of a training Webinar, on the subject of compliance with the rules of Competition Law, for executives and employees of a Greek multinational company, supplier of surgical products and medical devices, when participating in tendering procedures for Hospital Supplies and Public Procurement.
